Access to Credentials and Documentation
We welcome you and your team to our platform.
To facilitate a smooth integration process, we will grant backoffice access to the technical person on your team that you designate, with administrative permissions. This will allow you to manage access to credentials and documentation for designated team members effectively.

User - Admin
Grants full permissions over all client user accesses, including the production environment, without API access. Admins have comprehensive control over the system. Highly sensitive.
User - Developer
A backoffice-centric role without API access, allowing for access to documentation and user management functions. Developers can create all types of users but are limited to development (dev) and integration (int) environments.
User - Documentation
Designed for users requiring backoffice documentation access only. This role does not include API access but allows for consultation of all relevant documentation.
API - Server
Offers Server to Server API credentials, ensuring backend access with full root permissions over historical data. Highly sensitive.
API - Client
Offers Client to Server API credentials, specifically created for frontends or public use cases. If you are integrating our library (SDK), you should use these credentials in the configuration file (externUserId, user name and password)
